Day 1: Trentino Alto Adige, a bit of everything

Day 2: Tastes of the Val di Cembra
Get ready to admire a true masterpiece of nature: the earth pyramids of Segonzano; they are towers, crests, pinnacles arranged like organ pipes, tall columns towered by a huge porphyry rock.
In the afternoon, you will discover the flavours of the valley starting from the farm where 54 different varieties of apples are grown, of which you will taste the juice and the distillate, moving through the vineyards as far as a wine cellar, and ending with a tasting of typical products with a wide view over the valley.

Day 3: The Wine Route in Alto Adige
Start exploring the Wine Route from Salorno where stands the Haderburg Castle, from which you can admire a beautiful panorama. Continue to Cortaccia where you can take a short excursion on the wine educational trail to discover the millenary history of vine growing.
It is worth making a small detour to visit Egna, an authentic and characteristic village, continue to Termeno, where a cycle of frescoes from the fifteenth century can be admired, and finish with a visit to Caldaro. Here the visit of Wine Museum and a walk in the quaint village are must-do activities. A visit to a winery with tasting cannot be missed.

Day 4: The sounds of the Val di Fiemme
In the forests of the Val di Fiemme, there is a place known as the “Wood that plays”, which keeps the secret of the construction of perfect violins. Walking in these woods is an exciting experience when the sun’s rays make their way through the thick branches and the scent of earth and resin rises from the undergrowth.
The Val di Fiemme boasts a great dairy tradition and other food excellences, from speck to beer and spirits, to be discovered by visiting the various sales and production venues. At sunset, let yourself be enchanted by the “Enrosadira” phenomenon, when the sun paints the mountains with a colour spectrum ranging from light yellow to fiery red.

Day 5: Discovering Trento
Trento is especially known for the beautiful Buonconsiglio Castle, the Cathedral and because the Council of Trento took place here. However, the city reserves many surprises, among them the possibility to visit a luthier’s workshop to discover the secrets of violin making.
