Welcome to our vineyard

Walking in our vineyard is a unique opportunity to interpret the Mediterranean and sunny soul of this land. I will tell you the story of my winery: you will understand why our family estate, for its fragmentation, have different exposures and altitudes that give a unique touch to the each production.

I will show you the organic farming methods that we practice in the winery and the pruning techniques aimed at reducing the yield per hectare in order to enhance the quality of our grapes in harmony with the terroir.

We will taste, among the vines, the wine produced in that vineyard and we will have a small picnic with dishes and products of our family farm.

The Expert Gianfranco: with great passion and dedication, my family has devoted itself to the growing of fine Sicilian grapes for over six generations. Since 2004 I have decided to carry on my family farm, using organic farming methods that allowed me to obtain the EU organic certification.

We are currently growing a 15-hectare vineyard, divided into about thirty parcels. This fragmentation, although unfavourable for growing grapes, has allowed to have different grape varieties with different terroirs, exposures and altitudes, giving a unique touch to the each production.
