What to expect
You will stroll through Sicilian vineyards and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the sunset over the sea of the Isole dello Stagnone Oriented Nature Reserve.
You will savour the contents of the picnic basket with local specialities (seasoned green olives, fried pasta, cunzato bread, seasonal fruit, dessert of the day, etc.) and water. You will taste 1 bottle of organic wine in the vineyard: a white or a red wine of your choice from Grillo, Nero d’Avola, Nerello Mascalese, Catarratto and Grecanico grapes.

It is here that, with great passion and dedication, my family has devoted itself to the growing of fine Sicilian grapes for over six generations.
Since 2004 I have decided to carry on my family farm, using organic farming methods that allowed me to obtain the EU organic certification.
We are currently growing a 15-hectare vineyard, divided into about thirty parcels. This fragmentation, although unfavourable for growing grapes, has allowed to have different grape varieties with different terroirs, exposures and altitudes, giving a unique touch to the each production.
