What to expect
The ‘Lippizzani’ horse-drawn carriage tour will start from our farm, about 8 km from Polignano a mare. We will admire olive trees, dry stone walls, farms and the beautiful sea in the distance, arriving at “Grottole”, an ancient village where you can visit 4 caves.
After the country tour, we will welcome you at our shop in Polignano a mare to taste 8 courses of typical Apulian specialities and Slow Food presidia, paired with a glass of your choice of 4 wines (Negroamaro, Primitivo, Verdeca and Rosato) or craft beer and water.

The Food Expert:
We grow Polignano carrots by tradition and devotion. We carefully select each seed and plant it by hand in the first ten days of August. We let the weather play its part, while we accompany the growth by watering the fields. In November, we start the manual harvest, which ends in mid-April.
