What to expect
Come and enjoy the olive harvest in Salento! An expert in the olive sector will lead you into the olive grove and here you will begin the olive harvesting with appropriate tools: you will see first-hand the differences between the various plants and between the local cultivars.
The expert will then take you to our olive mill, where the milling of the freshly harvested olives will take place. You will witness the entire olive oil extraction process, a unique experience also suitable for children, and receive a small sample of freshly pressed oil.
