The Food Expert:
I have always been making wine. I inherited this passion from my father, who has taught me the best techniques to grow Cannonau since I was a child. Cannonau is the most important vine of my home village: Mamoiada, in the heart of Barbagia.
Our land is known in Italy as a naturally suited environment for the growing of this vine. It is, in fact, at an average height of 650 metres above sea level, with a sandy, slightly acidic soil, so as to allow the easy passage of water avoiding stagnation. If you want to take part in a wine tour Sardinia will leave you speechless!
Cancellation policy: all bookings for the Sardinia aperitif can be cancelled within 3 days from the start date of the experience. Read the Terms and Conditions.
