What to expect

We will take you on a walk through our Sicilian pistachio trees, immersed in a unique and uncontaminated environment on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna.

We will learn the cultivation methods of Bronte Pistachio and collect our Sicilian pistachios together directly from the trees.

Back at the farm, you will be involved in an engaging cookery course that will allow you to use the famous Sicilian pistachio in your own recipes. You will be able to create tasty and creative recipes with the Sicilian pistachio from the slopes of Mount Etna. You will learn how to make the most of our genuine Bronte pistachio in the kitchen.

During our Sicilian pistachio cookery courses, you will make with us a traditional Sicilian dish that is easy to make at home and we will taste together what we have cooked in the kitchen.

My husband and I are committed to making the products of our family business well known beyond Sicilian borders: it has been growing for over fifty years specialities such as Pistacchio di Bronte PDO (EU protected designation of origin) and Sicilian almonds.

Our mission is to respect the values and cultural meanings that the cultivation of Bronte pistachio has in the Etna area, enhancing its potential on national and international markets in the wake of Sicilian bakery and culinary traditions. We look forward to seeing you at the farm to learn many stories and curiosities about Sicilian pistachios.
