What to expect
We will take you on a walk among our Sicilian pistachio trees, immersed in a unique and unspoilt environment on the slopes of Mount Etna. We will learn more about the cultivation techniques of the Bronte pistachio.
Upon returning to the factory, you will be engaged in an engaging cooking class that will allow you to use Sicily’s most famous pistachio in your home recipes. You will prepare a typical Sicilian dish with us and we will taste what we have prepared in the kitchen.

My husband and I are committed to making the products of our family business well known beyond Sicilian borders: it has been growing for over fifty years specialities such as Bronte Pistachio PDO (EU protected designation of origin) and Sicilian almonds.
Our mission is to respect the values and cultural meanings that the cultivation of Bronte pistachios has in the Etna area, enhancing its potential on national and international markets in the wake of Sicilian bakery and culinary traditions.
