What to expect
We will start with a walk in the countryside among the pistachio trees. I will explain to you in the field the cultivation techniques of the Bronte pistachio.
We will continue the tour at the factory to show you how we process Bronte pistachio PDO. We will taste our Bronte Pistachio specialities together:
- 1 portion of pistachio cake (or ice cream, if available)
- 2 bruschettas with pistachio pesto
- 2 bruschettas with rich pesto
- various sweets including crunchy and biscuits, pistachios and almonds
- water, pistachio liqueur
