What to expect
Doing yoga will help you to unplug and lose yourself in the majesty of Mount Etna, which stands imposingly in front of the farm. A place where time appears suspended, allowing you to perceive a sense of expansion, of rarefaction in which the perfect conjunction of Heaven and Earth is drawn.
The yoga practice, led by our experienced teacher, will be dedicated to listening to the body and finding the balance between movement and breath, between breath and mental attitude.
We will conclude the experience by savouring a platter of Sicilian food and a glass of Etna wine (your choice among white, rosé or red).
