What to expect
Relax with an authentic experience amidst thousand-year-old oaks and holm oaks, planted in 1200 by Frederick II of Swabia. The glass becomes an instrument in the hands of the participant during the yoga practice. The goblet containing the wine will be used for postural exercises to rebalance the spinal axis.
At the end of yoga, to best enhance the relaxing and de-stressing effects, we will present you with 3 of our organic wine labels. You will have a guided and sensory tasting, accompanied by finger food: a platter of cold meats and cheeses, taralli, friselline, local dairy products.

Our 17th-century farmhouse is located in the province of Taranto (Puglia), with a breathtaking view over the rows of vines, centuries-old olive trees and the Ionian Sea. We are in the wine growing area of the famous Primitivo di Manduria DOC.
To welcome you, with their majesty, the signs of a fascinating and mysterious past such as the “pajare”. These are ancient trulli made of stone in the shape of a truncated cone, typical rural constructions of the Salento region, built using the dry-stone wall technique. Another fascinating place is the wood, where you can lose yourself among the centuries-old holm oaks, the scents of myrtle and uncontaminated nature.
