The Food Expert:
We have always been committed to protecting the landscape and against any waste of resources, for personal lifestyle and professional choices. Our grapes ripen in rows of Sangiovese, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Manseng and Grechetto, and they are harvested manually.
The grapes are arranged in small boxes and taken to the wine cellar where, after a first step on a manual grape selection table and a second automatic grape sorting phase, the selection is completed with a third manual table step to choose the best grapes. We look forward to seeing you at the winery for an exciting wine walk through the Tuscan vineyards in Montepulciano!

The decision to give new life to the winery derived from this vision and from the belief that it represents our best resources: the seduction of beauty, the pleasure of taste, the harmony of landscapes. It tells a story of uniqueness and affinities between our land of origin, Veneto, and this land of choice, Tuscany: those cultural, artistic, food and wine affinities that were at the origin of the Italian Renaissance and much more history. The soil and climate conditions are absolutely favourable to the formation of polyphenols and anthocyanin on grapes, thanks to the significant temperature change that characterises our vineyard, being flanked, to the west, by a thick forest and to the east by the lakes of Chiusi, Montepulciano and Trasimeno.
