The Food Expert:

I have always been making wine. I inherited this passion from my father, who has taught me the best techniques to grow Cannonau since I was a child. Cannonau is the most important vine of my home village: Mamoiada, in the heart of Barbagia.

Our land is known in Italy as a naturally suited environment for the growing of this vine. It is, in fact, at an average height of 650 metres above sea level, with a sandy, slightly acidic soil, so as to allow the easy passage of water avoiding stagnation. If you want to take part in a wine tour Sardinia will leave you speechless!

Cancellation policy: all bookings for the Sardinia wine tour can be cancelled within 3 days from the start date of the experience. Read the Terms and Conditions.

Passion is often contagious: in 2015 my son, who inherited my love for wine, decides to enrol at the Faculty of oenology, involving the whole family in this project.

Our vineyards are aged between 60 and 80 years, our work in the vineyard and in the wine cellar is mainly manual from pruning to ploughing, which is sometimes facilitated by the passage of oxen, to harvesting.

We produce three wines: a white wine from Granatza grapes, a rosé and a red wine from Cannonau grapes, all certified organic.
