The Food Expert:

We have been producing Barolo in the heart of Cannubi in the family since 1897. Even today, after 120 years of history and tradition, the winery maintains an absolutely familiar and entirely feminine character. In fact, we have been growing our vineyards with love for five generations, protecting an ancient profession, that of making wine, based on deep roots handed down from generation to generation.

Would you like to experience a Langhe wine tasting directly with the winemaker? We will discover together that wine tasting in the Langhe means savouring the territory through a glass.

Cancellation policy: all bookings for the Langhe wine tasting can be cancelled within 3 days from the start date of the experience. Read the Terms and Conditions.

We have been producing Barolo in the heart of Cannubi in the family since 1897.

Cannubi is probably one of the most historic vineyards in our area. Its name was already mentioned in various documents starting from the 1700s. The oldest bottle found in the Langhe bears on the label the inscription “Cannubi 1752”.

Even today, after 120 years of history and tradition, the winery maintains an absolutely familiar and entirely feminine character. In fact, we have been growing our vineyards with love for five generations, protecting an ancient profession, that of making wine, based on deep roots handed down from generation to generation.

Our family, in addition to owning 3 hectares on the top of Cannubi, grows with passion its own as well as some other rented vineyards for a total of about 8 hectares, mainly located in the towns of Barolo, Novello and Diano d’Alba.

All the works, from pruning to thinning grape vines, to the selection of grapes before harvesting, are personally followed by the family, in order to obtain healthy and genuine grapes and make a wine that expresses every essence of its land. We use only natural products based on copper and sulphur, we practice grassing and we have eliminated herbicides, pesticides and chemical fertilisers.
