What to expect
Day 1:
- Arrival in the early afternoon at a farmhouse surrounded by a large garden, with a swimming pool surrounded by vineyards, orchards and olive groves. We recommend relaxing by the pool!
Day 2:
- After breakfast, a cooking class awaits you at around 11.30 a.m. in the family vinegar factory within the estate. Our expert pasta maker will teach you how to make 2 types of fresh pasta from Emilia: tagliatelle Bolognese with a nice ragout and stuffed pasta.
- After the cooking class, you will discover the secrets of Modena balsamic vinegar with the owner of the vinegar farm and taste our vinegars and condiments.
- Finally, you will enjoy lunch with the 2 types of pasta you have made with your own hands and a nice glass of wine.
