What to expect

We will meet in the vicinity of the medieval village of Gavi and follow the truffle hunter to the area chosen for the truffle hunt (10/15 minutes).

We will make a brief introduction with slides to the world of truffles and you will meet the truffle dog, who will accompany us into the woods to search for white Alba truffles and black truffles (depending on the season). At the end of the hunting, we will conclude the experience at the winery with a tasting of 3 glasses of DOC/DOCG wine.
