What to expect

The truffle hunting will take place in the woods where the truffle grows and grows wild, in the municipalities of Colle di Val d’Elsa, San Gimignano, Poggibonsi, Barberino Tavarnelle and San Donato in Poggio, depending on the type of truffle.

Waiting for you will be the expert truffle hunter, who since his childhood hunted truffles with his grandfather and then with his father. Over the years, he has refined his truffle hunting techniques and personally trained his dogs. After a short explanation about truffles and dog training, we will venture into the forest and begin the real truffle hunt.
