What to expect
We will meet near the medieval village of Gavi and follow the truffle hunter to the chosen area for truffle hunting (10/15 min).
We will make a brief introduction about truffles and you will meet the truffle dog, who will accompany us into the forest to search for white Alba truffles and black truffles (depending on the season).
