What to expect
We will take a walk through the vineyard and olive groves that are spread over a terraced landscape with a unique view over the Fontanabuona Valley. You will discover the “knife” technique, typical only of this area of Liguria, with which our dry terraces are made.
We will accompany you along an easy path through the hazelnut and chestnut groves, as far as the drying kiln – once used by heroic farmers to dry the chestnuts from which flour was made -. We will taste together our fine DOP Riviera Ligure di Levante EVOO.
