What to expect

Come and discover organic wines from Sicily and local flavours at our winery near the fishing village of Marzamemi.

You will learn all about our organic winery and its philosophy of environmental protection. We only use natural cultivation techniques, free of pesticides and chemical fertilisers.

Firstly, we will take you on a historical tour of the wine museum inside the winery with old relics, uncommon objects and old wooden barrels. You will see the “vinoducts”, special pipelines that once transported our Sicilian wine from the wine cellar tanks directly onto the boats docked at the port.

We will then show you how the wine-making process takes place today. With a video, you will discover how the wine harvest is done in Sicily.

We will conclude this wine experience tasting three types of Sicilian wine: a Sicilian IGT rosé wine made from 100% Nero d’Avola grapes, an organic DOC Sicilia Grillo white wine, and an organic DOC Noto red wine. The organic wines from Sicily will be paired with our extra virgin olive oil, must and bread.

Founded in 2003, our farm produces with an eye to safeguarding the environment, through a conversion to organic farming that has characterised our activity in recent years. Thanks to the use of totally natural cultivation techniques, free of pesticides and chemical fertilisers, we have been certified organic since 2018.

Inside our wine cellar, we have created a wine museum with old relics, uncommon objects and old wooden barrels called “carratuna”. In addition, it is still possible to observe the “vinodotti”, special pipelines that allowed the wine to be transported from the wine cellar tanks directly onto the boats docked at the port.
