The Food Expert:
I have always been committed to enhancing our thousand-year history and our splendid territory, unique in the world. My vineyards stand on a generous and fruitful land, kissed by the sun and lapped by the sea. We cultivate the main native Sicilian vines: Grillo, Nero d’Avola, Zibibbo, Catarratto and Grecanico.
When the grapes arrive in the wine cellar, a careful and meticulous processing begins, an alchemy that will transform gold into nectar.
Cancellation policy: all bookings for the Sicilian cooking course can be cancelled within 3 days from the start date of the experience. Read the Terms and Conditions.
