What to expect

We will welcome you at our restaurant, in the beating heart of Taormina, to share with the chef a unique experience discovering the flavours and aromas of traditional Sicilian cuisine. After a good coffee that will give you the right energy, we will take you to visit the local food market and buy the best seasonal ingredients.

We will then continue with the Sicilian cooking class: you will learn how to make traditional Sicilian dishes such as meat, fish, fresh pasta and Sicilian macaroni. We will end the experience by enjoying a meal based on the dishes we have cooked, which will have all the flavour of your fantastic experience.
