What to expect
In the alleys of Campo de’ Fiori, we will start our Rome food tours with a typical aperitif: wine and soda. We will taste cheeses, including an unusual ‘sweet taste’ (cannolo or ricotta), in one of the last traditional food shops, where you can also enjoy cold cuts and a good wine.
We will then have a taste of Roman street food, with pizza “al taglio” in an old oven opened in the late 19th century. Then we will enter a cosy restaurant, where we will start with bruschetta and local wine. Here you will eat the best carbonara in town, cooked by a chef who has been awarded a Michelin star for this dish.
We will end our food tours of Rome with a toast and a “touch of sweetness” (no spoilers!), in the area of Piazza Navona, one of the most beautiful squares in Rome.

The idea of creating a team of specialised guides was born during one of our wonderful travel experiences together: a snowshoe hike in the beautiful snowy mountains not far from Rome.
Inspired by that magical atmosphere, we started thinking about the project, realising from the very beginning that our intention was to combine Rome’s culinary secrets with its historical and cultural beauty.
