What to expect
We will have breakfast in a special place, where the croissants are made with love by “grandma”. We will explore the largest local market in Italy and taste prosciutto and other cold cuts, cheeses and a freshly fried supplì. We will then eat an exceptional buffalo mozzarella and truffle products.
After tasting an organic olive oil, we will move on to the oldest oven in town, where we will taste crispy pizza. And then an exclusive experience: we will enter the workshop of the first pasta shop opened in Rome, to learn how pasta is “created” every day.
We will continue the Rome food tours by tasting a special bruschetta and a glass of wine in an Apulian shop, and then it will be the turn of real gelato, in a small, hidden place!

The idea of creating a team of specialised guides was born during one of our wonderful travel experiences together: a snowshoe hike in the beautiful snowy mountains not far from Rome.
Inspired by that magical atmosphere, we started thinking about the project, realising from the very beginning that our intention was to combine Rome’s culinary secrets with its historical and cultural beauty. We wanted to offer tourists something unobtainable: to experience a day in the city like a true Roman, a unique and unrepeatable experience!
