What to expect
You will walk through the olive grove with an Expert in the olive sector and discover the different local cultivars. You will then visit the olive oil mill and the expert will explain the milling process. The tour will end in the tasting room, where the olive oil sommelier will let you taste 5 types of extra virgin olive oil.
The experience will end at our masseria, just a few metres away and surrounded by greenery, where you will be delighted by traditional Salento dishes.
