The Food Expert:
Our Canelli truffle farm is an enchanted place that exudes love and memories. The valley is surrounded by a muffled silence, interrupted only by the rustling of leaves and the singing of birds. This place has an ancient history, linked to the tradition of the families of Piedmontese truffle hunters who travelled through these valleys in search of the precious fruits of the earth.
