What to expect
An exciting Neapolitan cooking class with an expert chef awaits you! You will prepare dishes at the cookery school located in Naples, in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa in the Vomero area. You will prepare a 3-course menu from starter to dessert:
- Filled fried “calzoncelli” pizzas
- Neapolitan-style potato dumplings or Ravioli allo scarpariello
- Chocolate or lemon Caprese cake or Pastiera or Ricotta and pear cups
You will taste the dishes prepared together accompanied by local wine.

I was born in Naples, where I had a happy and carefree childhood. I have always had a great interest in history, which led me to study Archaeology at university, and an innate passion for cooking, passed on by my mother. I took cooking courses in Paris and around Italy, specialising in “food styling”. Today, together with other colleagues, I run my own professional cooking school in Naples.
