What to expect

Our pizzaiolo will guide you in the discovery of how to make real Sicilian pizza! The experience will take place at our restaurant-pizzeria, right in the heart of Taormina.

After a good coffee to get you going, he will teach you all the secrets of preparing the dough, you will put your hands “in the dough” yourself and learn how to bake pizza in a real wood-fired oven.
