What to expect

Our chef, an expert in the history and culture of gastronomy, will guide you to discover the world of herbs. We will begin with a walk in the fields around the farm. You will learn how to recognise and collect edible herbs, their characteristics and how best to use them in the kitchen.

You will then take part in the real cooking class and make herb-based dishes. At the end, a tasty picnic awaits you on the meadow with freshly made piadina and herb tortelli, genuine wine and traditional cold cuts from the Bidente valley.
