What to expect
We will start our foodie tour to discover Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and Modena balsamic vinegar in Castelfranco Emilia. In the dairy, we will follow the entire production chain: from the animals to the milking room and the cheese factory, to the rooms where the Parmigiano wheels rest for maturing.
At the end, we will taste this excellent typical Modenese product directly in the dairy: Parmigiano Reggiano.
Afterwards, we will visit the family-run acetaia. You will learn about the ancient art of making Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO and admire the barrels where this extraordinary product rests. We will taste together the Modena balsamic vinegar in purity.

After my first year of civil engineering at the University of Bologna, I decided to turn my father’s passion into a family activity, starting to sell this extraordinary Modenese product.
With 750 certified barrels for the maturation and aging of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO, our vinegar farm is among the largest in the Modena area. All family members play an important role in this activity, always united in the common goal of guaranteeing an excellent product to our customers, preserving craftsmanship and quality.
