What to expect

With the support of virtual reality, you will experience first-hand what is a seasonal activity: the olive harvest and the olive oil extraction at the mill.

During the olive press tour, we will show you the cold extraction process and explain all the secrets of olive oil production. When booking, you can choose to conclude the tour with:

  • Tasting: EVOO with Sicilian bread, olives, cheese, typical salami, bruschetta with paté, water and 1 glass of wine
  • Light lunch (optional): EVOO with Sicilian bread, olives, cheese, typical salami, bruschette with paté, typical pizzoli, ricotta and honey, water and 2 glasses of white/red wine

Today the estate, now in its third generation, directly looks after more than 3,000 olive trees and about 90,000 olive trees from other small producers in the Anapo valley. It represents one of the most technologically advanced realities in the sector, with automation and computerisation systems that allow temperature control and traceability in every single processing phase.
