What to expect

An expert in the olive sector will take you into the olive grove to show you the differences between the olive plantations, from traditional to ultra-modern, and the local cultivars.

You will then visit with the expert the two-stage continuous-cycle olive mill and he will show you the milling, the whole process of olive oil extraction. The tour will end in the tasting room where the olive oil sommelier will introduce you to the world of extra virgin olive oil through a sensory analysis conducted using only smell and taste.
