The Food Expert:
The olive oil farm was founded in 1947. Today the estate, now in its third generation, directly looks after more than 3,000 olive trees and about 90,000 olive trees from other small producers in the Anapo valley. It represents one of the most technologically advanced realities in the sector, with automation and computerisation systems that allow temperature control and traceability in every single processing phase.
Cancellation policy: all bookings for the Syracuse olive picking experience can be cancelled within 3 days from the start date of the experience. Read the Terms and Conditions.
The altitude, exposure to the sun, limestone soil and microclimate are important elements for the final quality of the olive oil.
