What to expect
The tour is ideal for those who love unique landscapes surrounded by centuries-old nature. Walking in the olive grove is not only good for the body and spirit, but also nourishes the mind. Admire the centuries-old olive trees and take part in the harvesting activities (October to December).
During the walk, your guide will reveal to you the native olive varieties, their history and differences, as well as the methods used to process the oil at the mill. And finally, you will enjoy the extra virgin olive oil tasting, accompanied by our typical Apulian delicacies.
