Our chef will teach you how to make Sicilian cannoli. Knead and fry the dough. Prepare the delicious cream to fill it and then enjoy the real Sicilian cannoli, made by you like a real pastry chef!

What to expect

The experience will take place at our restaurant-pizzeria, in the heart of Taormina. After a good coffee that will give you the right energy, we will teach you all the secrets of making the real Sicilian cannoli.

The chef will guide you in the discovery of the king of Sicilian pastries, the cannolo: he will teach you how to prepare the crunchy shell, which you will knead with your own hands. You will then fry the dough and make the sweet cream for the filling. The experience will then continue with the delicious tasting of freshly prepared Sicilian cannoli.
