What to expect
We will meet near the medieval village of Gavi and follow the truffle hunter to the chosen area for truffle hunting (10/15 min). We will have a truffle briefing and you will meet the truffle dog, who will accompany us into the forest to search for the white Alba truffle or the black truffle (depending on the season).
After this exciting truffle hunting session, a tasty aperitif with local specialities and black truffle awaits you in the tasting room.
