What to expect
You will spend the first part of the day in the open air, in the olive grove, together with our olive farmers; if you wish, you will take part in hand picking. You will then enter the mill to discover the pressing and follow all the stages of processing the olives into olive oil.
You will be able to smell it and taste it on bruschetta and on traditional Tuscan dishes (ribollita, grilled salt cod, bean soup, etc.), which our cooks will be serving that day in the mill tavern.
