What to expect

You will visit the olive grove with an Expert in the olive sector and discover the local cultivars up close. The expert will then take you to the oil mill and explain the entire oil extraction process. The tour will end in the tasting room, where the olive oil sommelier will let you taste 5 types of extra virgin olive oil.

Finally, you will receive a basket with only local specialities (Lecce lace, friselle seasoned with pickled vegetables and tomatoes, turnips and more), to be enjoyed during the picnic among the olive trees or in the tasting room.
