The Food Expert:
Our winery is located in Campania, on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius. It is the brainchild of a family that, with great dedication, has revolutionised the style and perception of Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio DOC, interpreting the vinification of Aglianico, Falanghina (Campania IGT) and Piedirosso (Vesuvio DOC), and also re-launching native grape varieties at risk of extinction, such as Caprettone.
Cancellation policy: all bookings for the gnocchi cooking class can be cancelled within 3 days from the start date of the experience. Read the Terms and Conditions.

The family began to dedicate itself to the cultivation of grapes and their processing, in a sustainable and identifiable way, through that heritage of knowledge and ancient know-how handed down from father to son.
