What to expect
Equipped with gloves and a hat, you will actively participate in the artisanal preparation of Giuggiulena (a crunchy traditional nougat made with Ispica sesame).
Afterwards, a delicious tasting with sweet and savoury traditional Sicilian delicacies awaits you (the ending will be a sweet souvenir of the most authentic Sicily):
- Buffet lunch: Pane cunzato, cured meats, cheeses, olives, bruschette with tomatoes and seasonal products, wine from the Val di Noto, nougats and biscuits of our own production, coffee.
