What to expect
Immersed in the scent of vinegar, with a nice apron, a chopping board on the table, rolling pin, flour and eggs, we are ready to knead! Our pasta maker will teach you how to make 2 types of fresh Emilian pasta: tagliatelle bolognese with a nice ragout and stuffed pasta (depending on the season).
At the end of the cooking class, you will discover with the owner of the acetaia the secrets of the Modena balsamic vinegar, concluding with a spoon tasting. This will be followed by lunch or dinner at the vinegar factory, where you will taste the two pastas you prepared just before!
