For dinner you are expected in Talamello. This is the town of Fossa cheese, famous for its history and unmistakable flavour.
Before dinner in Talamello, you will visit some of the cheese pits (dug in August and extracted in November). You will dedicate yourself to tasting this intensely flavoured product during dinner with a truly exceptional tasting menu!

Day 2: Discovering Pennabilli
In the morning you will dedicate yourselves to the discovery of Pennabilli. Your guide will be waiting for you in the village for a short, but very interesting, urban trek to discover the village of the two castles! You will learn about the unique and fascinating history of Pennabilli, from ancient times to the present day! At the end of the itinerary, free lunch and afternoon to continue exploring Montefeltro on your own.
If you have not already done so, we recommend a visit to San Leo and its magnificent fortress perched on a rocky spur. Or set off on a walk along the paths of the Sasso Simone and Simoncello Natural Park (be inspired by our suggestions).
For dinner you will be welcomed at a starred restaurant! In Pennabilli, chef Riccardo Agostini (1 Michelin star) awaits you and his wife Claudia to delight you with a tasting menu dedicated to the territory.

Day 3: Visit Urbino, the UNESCO Ducal City
After breakfast, off to Urbino! You will stay in Urbania, in a splendid farmhouse immersed in the green Marche countryside. You can dedicate the day to a relaxing walk in the centre of Urbino.
* Alternatively (see the “supplements” section), you may choose to spend the night of day 3 in a country house just outside Urbino, a corner of relaxation and wellbeing immersed in the woods of Montefeltro. You can pamper yourself for the rest of the day between a hydromassage pool, a glass of prosecco wine served by the poolside and a holistic massage.

Day 4: Explore Urbino: art & taste!
In the morning, continue your discovery of Urbino. Admire the ducal palace, the historic centre and the Albornoz fortress with its magnificent view of the Renaissance city!
Before leaving, we recommend you taste some truffles and perhaps visit the museum dedicated to Acqualagna! Montefeltro is indeed a treasure trove of precious truffles.
Or you can end your journey in the Montefeltro region by visiting the fortress and castle of Gradara, a plunge into the Middle Ages and the story of Paolo and Francesca as told by Dante in his 5th canto of Inferno that echoes in this place.
In the afternoon, departure and return home.
