Day 1: Bari
Arrive at your accommodation in the centre of Bari. Explore the city with an experienced tour guide and have a real Apulian experience! Visit the most beautiful places in the city and hear all its stories and secrets. Starting with a walk around Bari Vecchia, the tour will introduce you to enchanting places such as the Basilica of San Nicola with its crypt, the Cathedral of San Sabino and the beautiful squares overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
You will also stop in the Orecchiette street, to try your hand at making pasta and eat this local delicacy at your grandmother’s house. Dinner on your own and overnight stay.

Day 2: Itria Valley and Alberobello
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to a family-run vineyard in Itria Valley. You will have a relaxing wine and food tasting in this authentic winery. You will be treated to a guided tour of the vineyards and wine production area, and have time to visit the museum of rural civilisation and the winery, where you will enjoy a sumptuous wine tasting, paired with local delicacies.
After a light lunch, you will return to your accommodation in Alberobello. In the afternoon, start a guided tour of Alberobello with a local guide: you will discover the history and construction methods of the trulli. Panoramic view, visit of a trullo church, visit of a trullo house. Free dinner, return to the hotel in Alberobello.

Day 3: Cooking class & Ostuni tour
In the morning, check out, transfer and relax at the masseria. Located in the countryside near Ostuni and surrounded by thousand-year-old olive trees, it is the corner of Apulia you have always dreamt of. A cooking class at the masseria awaits you: a private culinary experience and an exclusive cooking demonstration. Discover the secrets of Apulian family recipes, handed down through generations. Enjoy lunch at the masseria.
After lunch, transfer to Ostuni, the white city of Salento. Rich in history and breathtaking scenery, Ostuni is one of the most fascinating villages in southern Italy. You will be able to admire the valley below, rich in olive trees, which overlooks the Adriatic Sea. Dinner at leisure and return to Alberobello.

Day 4: Olive oil in Cisternino
After breakfast, check out and transfer to the olive oil mill in Cisternino. The farm owners will tell you how the olives are hand-picked and pressed to obtain the precious liquid. You will learn about two different extraction processes: the traditional method and the modern method with state-of-the-art technology. A truly unique experience awaits you, with olive oil tasting!
