What to expect
The morning will begin with a walk in the olive grove, where you will discover the secrets of the “Monte Etna” PDO olive oil. Upon returning to the farm, you will participate in a technical tasting of 3 types of extra virgin olive oil (2 mono varietals and 1 Monte Etna DOP), followed by a board of local delicacies.
Following this, a delicious full lunch (first course, main course, side dish and dessert) awaits you, prepared by revisiting the Sicilian culinary tradition, based on garden produce and selected local ingredients.

The olive farm is located on a strip of land on the slopes of Mount Etna and covers an area of about sixteen hectares of olive groves in the municipality of Randazzo, a stone’s throw from Bronte, at an altitude of 630 metres above sea level. Focused on sustainability and green, it specialises in the production of Monte Etna PDO extra virgin olive oil, with which a cosmetics line is also made.
