What to expect

Starting from Gioia del Colle, we will ride through beautiful countryside and arrive in the typical Apulian village of Santeramo in Colle. We will then take the e-bike back towards Gioia del Colle.

You will attend a fun cooking class under the enchanting arch of the village of Gioia del Colle. An experienced chef will teach you how to make Apulian orecchiette pasta with your own hands, following ancient traditions. At the end, you will enjoy freshly prepared pasta and a good glass of local red wine.
