What to expect

You will cycle through the Murgia and visit one of the most beautiful 19th century fortified farms, where we will stop and taste local specialities. We will also visit the famous Jazzo di Grotta Caprara, in the centre of Montursi, where cattle farms provide the milk for the production of mozzarella di Gioia del Colle PDO.

But the real food experience begins in the small cheese factory. Here you will visit different rooms, from the milking room to the production department, and observe the work of the master cheesemaker as he makes the mozzarella using ancient methods and recipes.
