What to expect

We will welcome you to our family-owned olive oil mill, near Perugia. During the tour, we will reveal to you all the stages of olive oil production. Our extra virgin olive oil has its roots in the Middle Tiber Valley, just a stone’s throw from Todi: one of the best places in the world for olive oil production.

We will conclude with a tasting of EVOO, paired with a glass of wine and typical Umbrian specialities.
