What to expect

Visiting Sicily means immersing yourself in a thousand-year-old culture made up of food and wine traditions, dialects, customs and strong identities, in places full of charm and breathtaking landscapes.

We will guide you through all this and, with passion, we will take you among our olive groves in hills moved by a light sea breeze. There, immersed in nature, you can learn about and appreciate organic farming techniques, watch the olive harvest (in October/November) and learn about the different stages of the process.

We will reveal the secrets and methods of producing organic Sicilian extra virgin olive oil. You will learn to recognise the differences between the scents of young and unripe olive oil, savour the full flavour of mature olive oil and all the full-bodied goodness of Sicilian organic extra virgin olive oil PGI directly in the places where it is produced.

In fact, at the “permanent school of Sicilian olive oil”, our expert Olive Oil Sommelier will guide you through targeted tastings of Sicilian organic olive oil, bread and other typical local foods.

Our farm was founded in 1980 and currently cultivates over 100 hectares of olive trees in the heart of Sicily in the lands of Naro, Favara and Licata (Agrigento), among almond trees and Saracen olive trees. It is run according to organic farming regulations, respecting the environment and nature. No chemicals, herbicides or insecticides are used in the farm’s olive groves. We only use natural products and organic substances.

Inside the farm, there is also the modern olive oil mill with cold extraction, bottling and the permanent school of Sicilian olive oil. The olive oil mill and all the farm facilities are powered by clean energy from renewable sources.
