We begin the experience with a visit to the olive mill, in the beautiful Val Prino, a valley behind Imperia that starts from the sea and is surrounded by hills covered with olive groves. We will taste our Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil.
You will then taste two of the most representative white wines of western Liguria: 1 glass of Vermentino and 1 glass of Pigato, crostini with extra virgin olive oil, canapés stuffed with creams made from Taggiasca olives and vegetables from our gardens.
