Come and discover how tradition and innovation have mixed in the art of bread-making in Matera!
Every journey passes through the discovery of local gastronomy and the bakery opens its doors to the foodies to tell and reveal the secrets and traditions linked to Matera bread.
During the leavening phase, flavours will be your guide in the discovery of traditional bakery products. Your sense of smell, hearing, sight and touch will be activated by the colours, sounds and scents that the oven can offer.
A workshop designed to get you to put your hands in the dough and make bread with your own hands. At the end of the food experience, you can taste and take home the focaccia and bread from Matera that you have made yourself.
