Day 1: Nardò and Local Cuisine
Arrival in Nardò for check-in and cooking class at your accommodation. Immerse yourself in a private culinary experience and an exclusive cooking demonstration! Discover the secrets of Apulian family recipes with your host, who will share his wisdom passed down through generations. The cooking class will conclude with dinner.

Day 2: Papier-mâché & Baroque in Lecce
Breakfast. Transfer to Lecce for a private papier-mâché workshop. After lunch, meet your guide to discover the city of Lecce, an essential stop for art and culture lovers.
Lecce is indeed the main Baroque city in southern Italy. Strolling through the city centre is a plunge into the past, among churches and ancient palaces that preserve precious details and decorations. Dinner on your own and return to Nardò.

Day 3: Apulian Wines and Hiking
In the morning, transfer to a renowned masseria in Cellino San Marco. Enjoy a full winery tour to discover its history and the vineyards. The visit includes an explanation of the winemaking process, ageing and bottling. The experience concludes with a tasting of a selection of vintages, followed by lunch at the masseria.
In the afternoon, transfer to the Porto Selvaggio Regional Nature Park. You will go hiking with our expert guide through the dense pine forest, surrounded by the beautiful Ionian Sea. You will admire the beautiful sunset over the sea. Dinner on your own and return to Nardò in the evening.
